This weeks repair was a Heidelberg Platen GTS

13 x 18.  The machine had a severely damaged

bottom end resulting in multiple Heidelberg Parts

been broken and worn.  The machine had been

stood like this for 15 years!!  We removed the

bottom end and replaced the pins, bushes and

broken casting and carried out a full service and

set up of the machine.  After a few rolls of emery

cloth, a lot of WD40 and gallons of oil it is now

producing boxes.  Thanks to Luke and the team

at Potters Boxmakers for putting their trust in me

to get them back in production.
