This Heidelberg Cylinder SBD had severe impression problems.  After a

few attempts at resetting the impression, the owners decided to replace

the impression screws.  The impression had become so bad that the

cutting forme was only lasting the job.  The parts were original to the

machine ... 50 years plus ... so they had outlasted the warranty period.

New impression screws were fitted and the machine is now back in

production
